For orders under $75, a flat rate of $10.00 applies.

Priority (2 Business Days) $35.00

Order by 12:00 PM EST for same-day processing.

Order Processing & Operations

Same-Day Processing Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST (Mon-Fri) are processed the same day.

Operating Hours Our distribution center operates Monday - Friday.
Closed on weekends and US federal holidays.

Important Information

Shipping Restrictions

Since we ship via UPS, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical street address at checkout to ensure timely delivery. Deliveries to military addresses (APO/FPO) may require additional transit time.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Paulspollem is not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but are missing. We recommend shipping to a secure location. If your tracking has not updated for 7 business days, please contact our support team for assistance with filing a claim.
