• Fabric & Care Disclaimer: Due to the nature of performance fabrics, pilling may occur on parts of the garment subject to friction or abrasion. This is a normal characteristic and is not considered a manufacturer defect. Please follow the care instructions on the product label strictly.
• Availability: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

4. Modifications & Billing

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

5. Shipping and Risk of Loss

• FOB Origin: All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier at our fulfillment center in New Jersey, USA.
• Logistics Partner: We partner with Techeim, Inc (DBA OKR Logistics) to ensure efficient fulfillment. We are not liable for delays or damage caused by the carrier or force majeure events.
• Customs & Duties: For orders shipped from our US warehouse to US addresses, no additional duties apply.

6. Returns and Refunds

Email customercare@paulspollem.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return within 30 days of delivery. We do not offer direct exchanges; return the eligible original item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred size or color.

• Condition: For change-of-mind returns, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached. Report defective, damaged or incorrect items under the separate process in our Refund Policy.

7. General Provisions

Third-Party Tools: We provide access to third-party tools ”as is” without any warranties.

User Comments: If you send creative ideas or suggestions, we may use them without restriction. By tagging photos with #Paulspollem, you grant us a license to use your content for marketing.

8. Liability & Dispute Resolution

IN NO CASE SHALL PAULSPOLLEM, SANGAHTOP, INC., OR OUR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
