• Fabric & Care Disclaimer: Due to the nature of performance fabrics, pilling may occur on parts of the garment subject to friction or abrasion. This is a normal characteristic and is not considered a manufacturer defect. Please follow the care instructions on the product label strictly.

4. Modifications & Billing

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

6. Shipping and Risk of Loss

• FOB Origin: All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier at our fulfillment center in New Jersey, USA.
• Logistics Partner: We partner with Techeim, Inc (DBA OKR Logistics) to ensure efficient fulfillment. We are not liable for delays or damage caused by the carrier or force majeure events.
• Customs & Duties: For orders shipped from our US warehouse to US addresses, no additional duties apply.

7. Returns and Refunds

Our policy lasts 30 days from the delivery date. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

• Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached.
• Hygiene Clause (Final Sale): For hygiene reasons, swimwear and underwear cannot be returned if the hygienic liner has been removed or tampered with. Socks must be in unopened packaging.

8. General Provisions

Third-Party Tools: We provide access to third-party tools ”as is” without any warranties.

User Comments: If you send creative ideas or suggestions, we may use them without restriction. By tagging photos with #Paulspollem, you grant us a license to use your content for marketing.

Personal Information: Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

SMS Marketing: By consenting to SMS marketing, you agree to receive recurring text notifications. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.

9. Liability & Dispute Resolution

IN NO CASE SHALL PAULSPOLLEM, SANGAHTOP, INC., OR OUR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

• Arbitration: Any dispute shall be determined by arbitration in New Jersey, United States before one arbitrator (AAA).
• Class Action Waiver: You waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit.
